The title pretty much explains it all, which legendary was the first one that you ever caught in a game? if you remember it of course.

My first one was Suicune in Pokemon Gold, which happened to be my first game as well. I remember walking around randomly and I encountered it and I was surprised, because this was the first time I ever saw a legendary in a game, since it was my first game, and I had no idea you could actually catch it so I made it my goal to get Suicune and I did.

My first legendary was Groudon in Pokemon Ruby. I wasted my master ball on an Absol (LMAO) but I managed to catch it in a Premier Ball (same catch rate as a normal Poke Ball) and from then on I was convinced that Premier Balls were the best balls in the game. xD

I don't remember.  Probably Zapdos.  When I was younger, I had quite the problem just getting to Articuno.  I often got lost.  Not so with Zapdos.  I had few problems navigating the Power Plant.

However, I didn't know that at the time because it was virtually the same color. And to make matters worse, I accidentally killed it. Luckly I was still able to catch it afterwards thanks to my save data right before engaging it in battle. But also sadly making zapdos my very first failure at attempting to catch a shiny.

I remember that I used to hate using any balls other than Poke Balls for some reason, and I kept chucking them at the Mewtwo. Finally, I got pretty mad and paralyzed it because it kept knocking out my other Pokemon and I only had one left. I immediately threw another Poke Ball after paralyzed it (while it was at full health) and it was successful.

From that point on, I was convinced paralyzing a Pokemon made it a 100% catch rate.

The first Legendary I have caught was Lugia in Pokemon Silver. Although young me didn't know what Legendary Pokemon were, but I caught it, but it took awhile. Although I played Pokemon Red before Silver, but younger me didn't realized about Mewtwo at the time was the legendary of Red/Blue, and basically "beat" the game after beating the champion and didn't know about post-champion stuff at the time.

The first legendary pokemon I caught was Dialga in Pokemon Diamond. The first legendary pokemon I encountered was moltres but it took me forever to catch it but once I did catching zapdos was very easy. Never could catch articuno but I think that's because of all the stress I gathered just by trying to find it.
