Hey, so, I umm... I kinda made a fool out of myself and Now have a bad rep on here so I was wondering if I could get perma banned if that's okay with whoever is responsible for managing things like this. Btw it does erase everything on your profile, right? Well, anyway thanks.

A perma ban does nothing if the sort, it just means you can't come back.

I wouldn't recommend it. I had a bad rep, just fix it.

That might be a new record. I don't even KNOW you yet, and you are suddenly bad enough to think whatever you did needs a perma ban to get rid of?

Final Weapon : A bad reputation? I don't think so. Are your Trust Points negative? Nope! And also if one time something goes wrong, it is not the end of the world. There is always a possibility to fix your mistakes if you have made them. There are always some people who react in a way you don't want them to react. We are all people and we act all different. I recommend to find some friends who are reliable. I am here for you as well.

Also perma banning you doesn't fix anything and it is pretty pointless to ask if you like Vizzed.

As others have stated, a perma ban just limits your options. You're only level 7 right now, so you have more of a reputation to build than to ruin. One embarrassing moment shouldn't be enough to resort to something so drastic. There's always more chances!

Final Weapon : There is a lot more people that wrecked their reputation far worse than you have.

I wrecked my reputation like a million times and I don't care. Do what I do, don't look at the past, look at what's ahead of you.

Take me for an example, I did a couple of posts I made while I was drunk, and I always forget those and worry about future stuff.

Final Weapon : I don't think you've ruined your rep as much as you might think. To be honest, I'm not quite sure who you are. If you did something that bad, I'm sure I would know about it ;-)

Honestly we don't permaban anyone off of request anymore. Permabanning someone also means that your IP is banned, so you would never be able to log on via that IP again. Reason I mention this is because people ALWAYS want to be let back on the site at some point, which requires us to un-ban your IP and go through all sorts of extra work.

I encourage you to stick around and try to build up a good rep by being active on the board. If you are insistent on not being on the site for awhile, just don't log on for a few weeks, or a month and you will basically have a fresh slate.

I had a bad rep for a bit, and someone gave me TP. So yeah, don't worry, mate.

Final Weapon : Don't think that you've ruined your rep, especially if you're new and nobody knows you. But if you think that you've done something like that, chances are nobody knows about it. I mean as far as I'm concerned, you just received the first White Banner in this month's TdV, which should build you some GREAT reputation. If I was you, I wouldn't worried about whatever it is you think you did wrong and just move on like nothing happened.

Just from now on, be careful about what you do or post. You haven't done anything wrong in the eyes of everyone else it seems, so just keep trying to just have fun on here. In my opinion, its the repeat offenders on here that should have extra eyes on them. There is no room for people like that on Vizzed.

As long as you follow the rules and be respectful to everyone, you should be fine. Getting that White Banner is definitely a great start for you, so just try to KEEP it and you're rep will skyrocket in no time. I say keep doing what you're doing!

Honestly I haven't even seen your name around the board until now. We don't accept perma banned requests and if you refer to what Jordan said my statement is pretty much the same as his. I'm going to close this thread now because it seems like people have pretty much told you what you need to do which is build up your rep and don't worry about one silly mistake.
