This is your team thread for the 2015 Vizzed Camp.

In here, you will communicate with your fellow campers, as well as submit group projects or anything relevant to the days competition. You should all favorite this thread, as it will be the one you use the most often.

Here are some rules:

1. You are to use this thread to communicate with fellow cabin members.
2. You are NOT to spam the crap out of this thread with inane babble. Failure to follow this rule will result in a loss of points for your cabin.
3. ANY AND ALL SUBMISSIONS, as in high scores/screenshots/etc are to be submitted to THIS THREAD. If you do not submit it to THIS THREAD, it is NOT VALID, and your submission will be ignored.
4. ONLY MEMBERS OF THIS CABIN MAY POST IN THIS THREAD. No raiding will be allowed. Failure to follow this rule will result in loss of points for your cabin.
5. ALL INTERACTIONS IN THIS THREAD MUST FOLLOW VIZZED RULES.
6. Most importantly though, have fun.

Guys, we need a team name, and a captain. Other teams have already started, and we need to get a move on.

I think our captain should be someone with experience on how this works, (so not me or any other newer people) and someone who will be available the longest. So, cast your votes.

For our team name, Zlinqx has come up with one. I'll post it here.

The name was "The Irony". Feel free to discuss your own ideas.

I'm liking the name "The Irony". But I'm not sure who among us should be leader. I've never played before.

Well I was going to past my team name idea but zero basically already so yeah, I just like it because it's really punny XD

As for who the team leader should be I wouldn't neccesairly say it should be the person who knows the most about the game since I don't think that will matter too much with how the activites are random, I think it would help if we made the team leader someone who wont be gone or at least gone as Little as possible and who is dedicated to the competition. Of course it has to be someone who can get a long with everybody as well but I think everyone here should be able to do that.

Either way I don't think who we make the team leader will matter too much in the end.

Edit: I forgot to mention this but if no one else want to be team leader I would be fine with it since I plan on staying very Active and it'd help relieve my boredom

I don't know if any of us have vizzed camp experience, aside maybe snow (not completely sure though), but it doesn't really matter.
Expect my posts to come in a little later than everyone else's (asides from zlinqx), because of timezones and stuff.

I'll throw my name in the hat for leader as well. I'm online all the time, with the exception of 5 days during summer vacation, in which co-leader can take over and actually do something as well. I'm also not afraid of the mighty legacyme3. That is if nobody is against it of course.

My thought for a team name was "Simply Fabulous".
"The Irony" is good as well.

I've talked with furret, zero and user and we agreed on meeting in chat in around 4 hours from now (around 1 central and 2 est I Believe) to discuss potential team names, and who should be team captain(s) to get the ball rolling. So if you guys see this before then it would be good if you could try to make it.

   Unfortunately, I probably won't be around during that time, but I'll do my best to show up. And personally, I think "The Irony" is good, and I didn't really have a name I could think of myself, and also, I'm not throwing my hat in the ring for the team leader, because that's just not something I think I'll do great. So yeah, I'll do my best to show up in chat then, but I may be a little late, or a lot late, depending on what goes on over here, because things like how long I'll be out are not always clear.

Well the rest of us met up in chat and discussed team names and who should be captain.

Currently there's 4 votes for The Irony as the team name and we decided it would be best to have one main captain and one co captain a sort of 2nd in command who can fill in for the main captain when needed so to speak.

I have 3 votes for main captain but furret is up for being main captain also. Assuming I do become main captain though he has 3 votes for becoming the co captain instead.

Summoning you guys so you can comment on this and share your opinions on it before we make a final decision.

I just returned from my Vancouver trip, so if I actually missed anything, my apologies. 

I vote for "The Irony", but I don't get the joke.

I think Furret would do good as captain, so I'll go ahead and vote for him.

Not counting me or furret there's currently 3 votes for me and 1 vote for him.

Geez guys calm down I just got out of school an hour ago :V 

I'm fine with "The Irony" and you as captian and furret as co-captian. I'd also like to be co-captian if one of you guys doesn't want to be or whatever.

And, remember, guys, I have school until 3 PM central time. Don't be expecting me to post before that. I'll be out of school in about a week, though.

Popeye116 : The meetup was something more or less decided on a whim to get discussion going and make some progress to make reaching a decision easier not to neccesairly make a final decision right away.

Anyways I suppose if we have another meet up during the next activity we should try to schedule it so as many as possible can make it. How does 4pm central the day after the next activity is announced sound? Or is there anyone who know they wont be able to make it for a certain day that time next week?
