I tend to be a perfectionist when it comes to video games. I would be so frustrated if I couldn't get a certain achievement in any video game. What are some of the highest achievements that you've gotten in video games (I tend to think of achievements like xbox and ps4,

but feel free to share personal accomplishments or achievements you have in video games)! For me, recently I have earned the "Demon Master" achievement in Geometry dash for 3 demon difficulty levels (Lightning Road, Ystep, Ice Cave, Demon Jumper, and The Nightmare)

Examples of Achievements could be: speed runs, time spent playing a game, or getting an in-game achievement.

Good luck and have fun!!!

In terms of non-official achievements, I beat "Pokemon Fire Red" with just a Farfetch'd and beat the super boss (Broly) in "Attack of the Saiyans" with just Yamcha. With official achievements the rarest one I own on steam is "Epic Gilgamesh" in Civ V, which isn't so much hard (it was really easy) just no one went for it.

Letting you know, I have moved this to the "Video Game" forum because it takes a lot of thoughts for a personal achievement, and it doesn't seem fitting to be in Crazy House or even Video Game Crazyness.

On topic, I have manage to make a lot of achievements that I personally thought should be achievements, mostly on Super Smash Bros, and other Nintendo titles, but hey, unlike Microsoft and Sony consoles, Nintendo stuff doesn't need them.

But on Sony consoles, I mostly put the amount of time I played the Grand Theft Auto games, mostly because I spent a whole lot of time on those games like 50+ hours per game.

Ummm not really. I try to go for them, but I never succeed. Besides, it takes away from the fun of the game more than anything for me. I tend to 100% the game itself, and not care about the achievements. My biggest accomplishment so far is almost beating Kirby's Epic Yarn. Almost. Sigh. I should really get to that. I have to get to a lot of things, now that I think about it. So, yea.

I remember getting the "Unwavering" achievement in Mass Effect 3 and feeling pretty proud. I got it for finishing all the multi-player maps on the gold setting. I was pretty uncomfortable playing gold because usually the team's can be pretty harsh and I wasn't used to it, but me and my brother both got the same night.

But I'd have to say that the achievement I'm most proud of would have to be "Insanity" for Mass Effect 3 as well. I finished the game on the insanity setting and it was the last achievement I had to get for the game too.

Level 1, no pyromancy run on Dark Souls.
Not an achievement, but most defiantly an accomplishment...

O&S....what a nightmare they were. 4 Kings weren't very fun either.

I really only play Steam games, so I'm going on the achievements they have... My most impressive one would have to be some of the ones from Batman: Arkham Asylum... Either the defeat a Titan without using a Batarang (Believe me, that's harder than it sounds) Or a 40 Free-flow combo. Or Solve 50% of the Riddler's challenges.

When I play Super Smash Bros 4 Wii U, I can beat all of my friends in a Team Battle 3 VS 1 with no items, but that is because I play competitively and they barely play at all, but I still beat 3 people, 9 lives total, on 3 lives.

My best achievements must be the speedruns I completed (under this nickname on tasvideos.org). They are much harder than they look like; they can take months since you usually advance on a frame-by-frame basis.

So far, I've completed 3 speedruns of Phantasy Star IV, one of Breath of Fire I, II and III, and Paladin's Quest.

My best achievement was from Final Fantasy XIII called Treasure Hunter, I had it on the 360. Basically I had to own EVERY item in the game which was VERY time consuming. Took me 243 hours to get this achievement. I felt accomplished to get it and said to myself that I wouldn't do this ever again for an achievement.

But that's nothing compared to the 1,579 hours spent playing Tekken 6, I don't know how but it just happened.

It may not be much, but I'm currently pretty proud of the fact that I have over half of the death achievements in Long Live The Queen right now.

That...and 100% completion in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts 2, all without using strategy guides. I am PRETTY proud of those little 'achievements'. That took me forever.

I'm at 98% completion in Final Fantasy X right now and I have no idea what I'm missing, but hopefully soon I can add that to the list of 100% games.

My greatest achievement was beating all the halo's on legendary by myself. Halo 2 being the absolute hardest game to beat in my life. It was more brutal then all the other games combined. On the first level I must have died at least three dozen times. But the achievement was totally worth it. Especially since I'm the only person on my friends list who has it.

IT WILL probably be beating Bloodborne once I do beat it. I've been addicted to the game for the past few days, I'm not used to playing games that difficult but I've been managing to slowly adapt to it and I intend on seeing it through until the end and even getting the platinum trophy.

If we're talking my biggest achievment that I've already achieved though hm that would probably be beating Pokemon Diamond in a day. I know it's not the most impressive but I usually tire when attempting speed runs of any games especially Pokemon games so actually managing to beat it in one day (which on top of that was when I wasn't trying to speedrun it) was pretty cool.

Other then that maybe reaching level 72 in Skyrim. It felt like I pretty much lived inside that game at one point. I was so immersed, though then I start playing something else instead and when I returned I felt completely burned out on it so I just didn't pick it up again for the longest time.

Lastly I suppose beating Halo: Reach campain co-op on legendary with my older brother, it was pretty difficult at first but you adapted to it fairly quickly and it's pretty nice to have that achievment now :3 The game really is a lot easier in Co op.

Yeah I know not the most impressive achievments but I don't play difficult games besides Bloodborne much. Hopefully if I conqeur it I'll finally try to beat some of the platformers in the RGR...

My greatest personal achievement was beating Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask and getting the Fierce Deity Mask without using guides earlier this year. I had (have) MM on N64 since I was a child, but this was my first time beating it; it was also my first time beating a console Zelda game. Laugh if you want, but I always lose interest in Zelda on the last temple. I've beaten all of the handheld ones except Minish Cap though, not because I lost interest, but because I don't own it. I have my sights set on Zelda 2 next.

As for official achievements, my rarest, according to Steam, is "Have a Band Aid" on Forge at 0.43% completion. All you have to do is heal team mates for 50k HP, which isn't really that difficult. I managed to get it with only 7 hours of gameplay, which makes me wonder what the average playtime is.

My proudest official achievement is "Yes, Bombots Self-Destructing Counts..." on Tower of Guns, which requires me to get through a level without killing anything except the boss. It is difficult because a lot of mobs love to blow themselves up.

The greatest achievement I have ever gotten in a video game was the founder something. I got it when I defeated trema in FFX-2 (vita version) I'm quite proud of it considering how difficult he was without catnip.

I got challenged to 106% Super Meat Boy and did just recently, definitely the hardest game I have played and the hardest in my opinion to complete.
I also got challenged to 100% complete 6 other games and so far I have completed Persona 4 Golden, which took me 180 hours, Shovel Knight and Super Mario Bros.
And the last thing is that I am close to getting the Platinum trophy for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, all I need to do is beat 6 more chapters of Crushing mode and i'm good.
