I guess my favourite would be my mother's cream sauce that she puts over asparagus whenever we have salmon for dinner. *Rare treat time, yep.*  I haven't quite figured out how she makes it yet, but I'm getting there. She never uses much, it's just to complement the asparagus, and believe me, it does complete it.

It adds an extra kick of flavor!

My favorite kind of sauce would definitely have to be honey barbeque sauce because to me it's way better than regular BBQ. I goes great with chicken wings and chicken nuggets, especially when it comes to Buffalo Wild Wings.

My favorite type of sauce is soy sauce. Does it count as a sauce? I don't think it is a sauce but  there is a sauce in its word so I think it really is. I like it when I cook my favorite meals and I include it when I cook a roasted meat and a steak which is delicious to eat when I am really hungry.

Mine has to be Jamaican Jerk Sauce. I really don't like a lot of spicy things, but this sauce is so good, I put it on everything. As for BBQ, I like Sweet Baby Ray's Original sauce. The Honey BBQ is alright, but it too sweet. The Original sauce has some spice to it, it's good. Put that on some pizza, and everything is right with the world (Except for all the heinous crimes, wars, and other atrocities).

I have two favorite kinds of sauces because it all depends on what it is that I'm eating.

Honey Mustard - this is probably my favorite kind between the two I'll mention but I think the other one at least deserves to be mentioned. Anyway, most of the time if I'm eating some kind of chicken, I'll be using honey mustard. I love honey mustard so much that I could probably eat it with just about anything. If I get chicken nuggets at a fast food restaurant, I'll even dip the french fries in it. I know that may sound weird, but I do that a lot.

Cocktail Sauce - obviously, I only eat this with any kind of fish...mostly shrimp. It really tastes like a spicy ketchup, sort of. I had never even heard of it before the first time I ever ate shrimp. And yes, occasionally I'll even dip french fries in it XD
