I would probably say paper luigi is the more likely one as he usually makes one post every few days or so. I feel like that's what most people would consider a 5-6.

Going to not follow popeye's reasons here but still, I'm voting for paper luigi. He's not active enough for anything higher than 6, and he hasn't posted here yet (possibly scared to get caught).
