When i do some sports gambling and some games with friends, I get up to five or six texts a day.  Otherwise, I average a text or two every other day.

The most I've likely gotten would be 50 or so.  This is such a rare occurrence that it's laughable, however.  It would only happen if a relative and I happened to hold a conversation over a serious topic, and one of us couldn't call for some reason.

On average, I probably send and receive texts once a day. I don't send or receive texts every day, only when I need to to inform someone about things, or just want to have a conversation with friends for the fun of it. The highest texts I received in a day was around 30 or more, just from having a conversation with one of my friends during summer break one night.

Since I got my phone about a week ago, I may get and send a total of 25 to 40 text a day, if I am actually talking to somebody. If not, then maybe about 10 a day.

Yesterday, Red, Mim and I had literally combined for well over 1000 messages in our text group, though most of it was stickers and photos to bother Min while he was trying to get work done. Good times.

Depends on the day. Some days none, others about 20.
Its an easy way to plan. You want to play some pool tonight? In their own time they reply, its a more relaxed conversation, theres no pressure on the individual to say yes, and it keeps it flexible.
I end up using messenger more than texts really though. I have unlimited data so why not.

I think that if I had to average the amount of messages I send or receive on a regular basis I'd come out to 0.059 texts per day. I sometimes go weeks without messaging. Emails though I get and send tons of. I think as far as emails go I could average between 50 and 150 messages per day just on a light day.

I don't text often simply because it's not that private. Whoever owns your home plan can go online and check the entire message history. It's not like I'd be texting anything truly private in any case, but the fact that the system is like that makes me more self-conscious.
