When I last looked I had 11 old cellular phones/mobile laying around.

I would not have the heart to chuck them as I remember each one I invested in so hard to get and what they meant to me would not mean I would sell them for recycling, they were like family in a way and are dear.

How many do you have, my sis said that if I had 11 some peoples must have dozens!

I myself have a somewhat old Nokia that was my previous phone and an even older Nokia that is originally from my mother and now my little brother has it (but he doesn't use it). We have more old phones in house, I can think of at least 2-3 more.

I have a Nokia from around 2000 laying in the basement right now. I think there are at least three others buried down there, but I'm too lazy to check.

I also have an iPhone 1 from 2008 in my closet. I use it sometimes when my normal phone isn't working, but that's pretty uncommon.

I have an old iPhone at home that's cracked in too many places to count.

It works... barely.

The most I could use it for is a bulky 8 GB storage device.

But seeing as a 16 GB flash drive comes pretty cheap, that's probably not going to happen.

I only have that one though. I've had very few phones. But I use each for multiple years at a time.

I have just one phone laying around. It's an Alcatel One Touch Evolve that I got about a year ago. After a few months, it started to freeze up and get a least 100 copies of my text messages. In late June, I got a Moto E, which helped me out much more. I don't think I'll ever go back to the Evolve, it just simply does everything but not function as a phone. However, it was my first smartphone. But at the same time, it barely works as a phone. I almost had to smash it in two to open up the case. I started crying when the text messages wouldn't stop rolling in. Yeah, not fun.

Well, I've only ever had 3 phones in my life time, and I never throw them away for some reason. Probably because I do remember the time I spent on them. Even my first cell phone which I am disgusted with today by how much it turned itself off because it couldn't handle Subway Surfers xD. So that means I've got two of my own phones lying around, but then there are the phones my brother had... That's two more, and then there's one more phone that my brother's god mother's (I honestly don't know what she is to me xD) phone that she gave to him because she couldn't use it anymore (they stopped providing them because it was a really old phone). That's 5 old cell phones. There are probably more, but I don't know where :/. Peace .

I only have one other aside for the one that I use and its an old LG flip phone. I stopped using it maybe 4 or 5 years ago and its been sitting in my special box ever since. I still might even have the charger for it somewhere and the only thing its good for now is playing Sudoku.

In my case, I have 2.

I have a Samsung S5 that my wife got me for Christmas. This thing is so huge, it barely fits in my pocket. I'm still getting used to it because it can do just about everything, and I haven't really found out what else it can do yet XD It has a way bigger screen than my old iPhone, so games are a lot easier to play on it.

I also have my old iPhone that I just mentioned. However, I mostly use it for my music. I think I have almost 10,000 songs on it, so I'm not about to just throw it away just yet. Since I'm no longer using an iPhone, I can't use iTunes anymore. I have to use a Google play card to put songs on my Samsung phone. I don't have one yet so for the moment, I'm still using my old iPhone.

What do you mean by old phone, regularly used in the past but not necessarily obsolete phones? If yes, I have more than 10 lying around, I don't really want to sell them since I got most of them as gifts and I don't want throwing away or selling gifts I got specially from my loved ones.
