A large part of why you aren't on the top 5 of everyone's list is you are so busy working on the site, you can't get too personal with a lot of the memberbase.

People know who you are, but they don't "know" who you are. It's one of the downsides of running a bigger site, you get so busy you just don't have the time to talk to everyone.
