To be honest, I did not expect to see David with the rainbow banner at all... (And I wasn't really paying attention to the TDV stats page either) I also find it interesting that someone got the rainbow banner on the 1st day without any jerseys. 

The rainbow banner looks quite sick on his username. And it's also funny to see the site owner winning this competition so far in his own site. lol

mohammedroxx3 : I almost won the last Tour de Vizzed and out of the top 5 users of that competition, I probably had the fewest Jerseys that month lol. My focus is on the Rainbow and not the banners, I don't really want to be a hog and take everything. This allows others to still get some fun out of the TdV without me destroying it for everyone.

thing1 : Not sure where you are getting the 60 CP actions estimate.  It is certainly not rigged toward staff.  If you look on your CP page you will see that trusted members can get 113 CP actions for moving EBay listings, which would actually help the Price Guide Staff out a great deal if more regular users moved EBay listings that aren't correct when you come across them   Those 113 CP actions alone would have put a non-staff member in 5th for the green jersey yesterday.
