Biggoron's Sword Trade Sequence
Adult Only.
Requires the Hook/Longshot and Epona. Sun's Song is also recommended.

Talk to the lady in Kakariko Village that raises chickens. She will offer you an egg. Accept the egg. Once you have the egg, either go outside and wait a day, or play Sun's Song twice. The egg will hatch.

After the egg hatches, use the chicken to wake up Talon, who currently resides in the house on ground floor in the middle of Kakariko Village. After you wake up Talon, give the chicken back to the lady you got the egg from. She will give you Cojiro, the blue chicken who belonged to her brother.

Take Cojiro to the Lost Woods. From the first room of the Lost Woods, go left once. The lady's brother will be asleep in front of a tree stump. Use Cojiro to wake him up. He will give you an Odd Mushroom which will spoil if not made into medicine within three minutes after recieving it.
Riding Epona, take the Odd Mushroom to Kakariko Village as fast as you can. If it's dark by the time you get to the Village, stand in Hyrule Field and play Sun's Song. (If you play it inside the Village, the Odd Mushroom will spoil, but if you do it in an area where time passes freely, it won't.) Go into the Potion Shop near the entrance to the Death Mountain Trail. Go out the back door. Across from the back door of the Potion Shop is the door to the Witch's Shop. Go inside the Witch's Shop and give the Odd Mushroom to the witch. She will make an Odd Potion, and give it to you. It won't spoil.

Take the Odd Potion back to the place where you got the Odd Mushroom from the guy. Since he is no longer there, give it to the blonde Kokiri girl. She will give you the Poacher's Saw.

Take the Poacher's Saw to Gerudo Valley. Jump across the bridge on Epona, if the bridge isn't already fixed. Give the saw to the Carpenter boss. He will give you the Broken Giant's Knife.

Take the Broken Giant's Knife to Biggoron (the giant Goron at the top of Death Mountain). His eyes are irritated, and he can't work without eye drops. He will give you the Prescription.

Take the Prescription to King Zora (make sure he is defrosted). He will give you the Eyeball Frog. It will spoil if not made into eyedrops within three minutes after recieving it.

Take the Eyeball Frog to the Scientist in the Lakeside Laboratory. He will make Worlds Finest Eye Drops, and give them to you. They will expire in four minutes after recieving them if you do not give them to Biggoron.

Take the Worlds Finest Eye Drops to Biggoron. He will give you a Claim Check.

After getting the Claim Check, wait three days or play Sun's Song six times, then exchange the Claim Check for the Biggoron's Sword.
