Can you wake up dead??, If you get a snowman a coffee would it be considered murder ?? on the second question we are imagining that the snowman is alive and that the coffee is hot.

For the first one you can wake up dead as a spirit a.k.a ghost and for #2 if you give coffee to a snow man if he asks for it it wouldn't be a murder unless if he didn't ask for it, asked for some thing cold to drink, but you gave him coffee to melt him the it would be considered a murder.
