Final note if the people that have said their opponent hasn't contacted they will be DQd for failing to respond despite being active enough since the start to reply. When they will be DQd if there is not a lot they will be replaced by people who lost.

In addition to all the regular internet problems I had, I asked somebody at home about it today regarding new propblems and they said they have no itentioms on fixing it and that they might even take down the router for the rest of the month, so I will just take the loss. I will be able able to log on many times for the next couple days, but for no more than 5 to 10 minutes each time and from my phone.

By the way, seeing as people had issues with Mega Evolutions, what about Mega Kangaskhan, Mega Lucario and Mega Gengar? Those 3 megas are a part of Uber, but since they aren't technically pokemon themselves, people could use them thinking it's alright and thus leading to another argument. It's better to let people know if all Megas will be allowed or not and if not add them to the list of banned pokemons as well.

If we end up having a losers bracket, everybody will have to know about this. To keep all these rules from getting a little hard to keep up with, now, when you battle somebody, make sure to battle using "OU" rules instead of the Custom Battle rules. This will keep you from being able to use the overpowered Pokémon like Mega-Blaziken, Mega-Kangaskan, and banned moves. It will also make sure you have the Mega Stone before being able to use Mega Evolutions. I added it above all the other rules as well.

Gamin'Gal : It specifically won't let you carry certain items if they can't be legitimately obtained in the game each respective pokemon is found. Both items you've brought up cannot be obtained in Gen VI, so you can't use them on a Gen VI pokemon. They are allowed on Gen V and under pokemons only as of now, since you can only get these items on Gen V.
