Today im official not depress anymore. After a week (or least) of "me" time...i finally got over all that has happen. I think last week was the worst time of my life. If you want to know...i kept ranting about hunter31626. Then took everyone off my friend list in a fit of rage. Then i lost a few friends. I been told to stop being like this...or else i will really regret it. 


Thats all im gonna say...i had to tell you guys this. Some people must have noticed what has been happening. There's more to it..but that more personal....................................Have a nice day

Well I am glad you are out of your depression, just let bygones be bygones and move on. Just be the cool person you already know you are, and I am sure that everything will be just fine. Who know? Maybe if you show them that you have changed significantly, your old friends will be your friends again and you can all just forget about this.

I'm glad that you are feeling better. Having periods of "me" time will always help, even if you don't need it at the moment because it would prepare you for when something does happen.

What thing that someone said or did to you did you find helped the most during your depression?

And I'm glad you are feeling better! Sometimes all we need is time to step away from everything and getthe big picture. I always found traveling somewhere away from my life helped me think outside the box and realise that what I was depressed about really wasn't a big deal after all.
