For as fat and out of shape I am...I do consider myself strong. I can lift 100 pound dogs with ease. Something a lot of the in shape girls at my job can't do.

No not at all. Today in gym class we had to run 4 miles and I kind of could not go for 20 seconds without just needing to walk.

I myself am pretty weak, I look weak, and am weak, I and I'm a bit thin too, so yeah, I'm pretty weak, but I'm trying to work on it

Well I'm not as strong like I was at high school. Work out every day in gym lifting weights then soccer practice after school. Bit too much sometimes but I had the muscles and force haha, but wasn't toned.

Now I'm soft with a belly because of laziness, still strong but not as strong like I was in high school. I really need to lose the weight...

I favor using a collection of words including "each man", "lifting", and "20,000 lbs a night". (The average truck holds about 40,000 lbs.)
The setting is just as much fun too. (The average warehouse is the size of a Superbowl Stadium.)
Before I got my Machine Certifications I did all of it by hand, Ladder, and a Manual Bottle Pump Jack on Wheels.
Like swimming, it was a full body work out.
Today I hold a different position in warehousing called Machine Operator.
It is not as hard on my body as my early years. But still, it is allot of work.
Today I just focus on my arms and a bit of endurance. (Free Weights and Running. Mostly when Off Duty.)

When I was a kid I had to do all kinds of different work outs and Professions.
Some included P.T.
Some included Meditation.
Some included Cooking.
Some included Construction.

I dream of the day I can relax at a desk. (Even though I think it would be Bore inducing.)
(Why did I not go for a career in music? Why? Why? Why? My Life would have been so much easier.)

After high school I got lazy and partied with friends every night. Then I somewhat started exercising helping out singelli with her exercises until she semi quits. Then junk food, alcohol and fun got the best of me. That caused the thirty pound gut difference.

No, I consider myself pretty weak probably rightly so since I'm somewhat unhealthy and pretty scrawny which I've sort of always been. I have started working out though so maybe I'll grow strong eventually if I keep at it.

Strong.. Well at the gym I can bench 275 and dead lift about 500lbs..
5'10" 190 lbs..
I guess I am strong enough..

juuldude : I do not feel that I look very intimidating. Though if you get me hustling on a job, I may. While I do not look very muscular, I do believe that I am fairly strong. I can easily do about 30 pushups--with more effort I've been known to have done 60 at a time. I would have to say though that my legs are my strongest point and that I could easily hold my ground. I just wish that I could get my stomach and back muscles stronger. I'm not super tough, but strong enough. I'm around 5'8" and weigh approximately 195 pounds.

I'd say no, but oftentimes I find that I underestimate myself.

In terms of intimidation, I can make one of my friends cower in fear when I sink my eyebrows so low and sneer. He flips out and does whatever I say.
