So, I recently uploaded part of my video walkthrough and noticed that a couple of game pages no longer have videos.
These games are The Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap and Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga. I know for a fact both of them used to have videos (especially as I've been adding some for SS myself) and I'm confused as to why they disappeared. I tried resubmitting the videos and they said that they were already submitted. The links to the game page are still there as well.
Anyone know why this is or how it can be fixed?
(Apologies if it's in the wrong spot or something)

Gamin'Gal : This has happened to me before on the game "Megaman & Bass" I submitted video footage of the beginning stage and a couple of days later I saw the footage had disappeared. I believe that when you submit footage on a game that others have submitted and have already rated(basically two people submit footage of the same level) the video with the lesser views or ratings gets deleted. Another reason could be you didn't post a link to the game page in the video description. If it isn't one of these reasons why your video was taken down or lost then I don't know what to tell you.

Gamin'Gal : I see exactly what you mean now, it say's "No video's have been added"  this is odd. I'd say give it a day or so and check back, the system or which ever user that is responsible for checking over the video submissions probably is just going though the video's to make sure each video is for the correct game and if the link is in the description, out of curiosity did you receive your viz/cp payment for upload the video?(assuming you uploaded to the vizzed youtube account)

I realized that a video of mine is missing from my Game Profile as well as the game, Pokemon Gold, itself. I went to check if the problem had something to do with Youtube (I uploaded my video on the vizzed account), but it plays perfectly there. I even changed the url of the game to see if it's just a front page issue, but there's absolutely nothing there.

I wonder what the heck happened to all those videos.

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one this is happening to. Pokemon Dark Rising is the only series that has been effected for me, but it's depressing because it's my most watched series.

Davideo7 :  Videos over 15 minutes aren't being supported by the vizzed youtube account currently. Either you would have to go into the account and elongate the minute limit for videos or we would have to shorten our videos into segments that are less than 15 minutes long.
I ran into this problem as well with a few of my videos and it's quite annoying.
This isn't entirely relevant to the game page videos necessarily but it does affect them and I'm just wondering if we have to make them shorter than 15 minutes now

This isn't QUITE the same thing, but I didn't want to create a whole new thread. I think my issue is related enough.  First, take a look at this screenshot:



Alright, so the video you see playing is the one I submitted of a netplay by myself and thephantombrain. The video plays very well.   However, I hate that it says 'currently no screenshot' and then has a time of supposedly 0 hours, minutes, and seconds.  It looks like a mistake and could thus be accidentally deleted.  It also makes me wonder if I got my CP and such for it (not that it matters, but I AM curious).  Is there anyway to fix this without completely deleting the video and then uploading it from youtube directly?

In my experience, since that video was just submitted recently, you would have to wait until you get the notification that your video has been submitted to the Vizzed channel. If the video can be played, then that's already a good sign.

The thing should fix itself once you get the notification.
