I think there should be a Super Mario and the Legend of Zelda crossover. Nintendo is already doing that sort of. I see Mario pictures in the princess's room in the Ocarina of Time.

I would like to see a Mega Man and Metrois crossover. Both Mwga Man and Samus are very powerful protagonists (Mega Man can mimic the abilities of robot masters he defeats and Samus can upgrade herself to the point of virtual invincibility). These two in a crossover would be pretty cool, especially if they ended up fighting each other.

Something that will never happen, and would likely be impossible to manage. A Persona 4 and Gravity Rush crossover. I honestly cannot even being to think how that would go about, but I feel as if it would be spectacular. I can only dream. If someone wants to make this a reality, I do insist, go right ahead.

If the other part does not have to be a video game, just like in Kingdom Hearts that is crossover of Final Fantasy games and Disney movies. Even though most of the characters are only from Final Fantasy VII.. :/ But anyways I would like to see crossover of Resident Evil and the Walking Dead comics, because I'm huge fan of zombies and those two are one of my favorites when we are talking about zombie movies, games etc.

Like Rick Grimes and Leon S. Kennedy joining forces to cleanse the world from wicked undead while Negan and Wesker are planning their evil plans, or something like that. Doubt it will never happen, but at least I can dream about it.

I've never been a huge fan of crossovers but if I would want one I would probably like to see Street Fighter and Tekken.

They're both similar fighting games and I think it may just make a good combo.

The crossover I would want isn't exactly a crossover, but it's close.
I would like a game set in the universe of Fire Emblem, but with the game play of Kingdom Hearts. Making it so it has the same story quality of Fire Emblem, but allowing you to fight as Sora, but with a character of Fire Emblem.
