Did you check under the couch?  You can sometimes find it there.

Why not look for friendships first and see what develops?  Don't automatically look for love.  

If you really want love... and I mean eternal, 100% commitment and love and adoration... get a dog.  He or she will love you for who you are no matter what time you get home, when you play video games, who else you've talked do and what you do for a living.  Dogs don't care what you look like and just want to be petted and exercised on occasion.  And fed.  You gotta feed 'em.

This reminds me of a joke!

A lady named her dog Love.  One day this lady left the door open, and Love ran away.  By the time she got out of the shower, Love was long gone.  Full of concern, she ran out looking for her dog in only a bathrobe.  A policeman was in the neighborhood and asked her what she was doing.  "I'm out here looking for Love", she replied.  The policeman arrested her on the spot.

I would give you the love you're looking for, but the question is: What is love?

legacyme3 : As this has been a topic recent between us...a number of thingz. Is this said person you found currently with you or is it a hopeful prospect? If you are with somebody I have this wonderful idea to share with you that you share that with us here. I can't say that anybodys against a happy ending. If said person is though, a hopeful prospect maybe you could relate whats going on in some way there. You could even make a thread for it "These are the Legs of our Lives". Notably an update here is at least deserved. For instance say a person like myself reads this thread and is like "omg! I'm interested!" and then finds out that this love matter has totally been filled after stating said interest because there is no update to the current state of harmony in your love life or you simply reply to said interested statement "Oh, yeah, sorry but, I've meet someone, thanks though!" ...I mean yes, of course I would say you're welcome but, that also creates kind of an awkward limbo. And to prevent any further awkwardness that may be produced by this post I shall now feed you a cookie *feeds cookie*.
