Mine would have to be Luigi due to the fact that I can relate to him more. He is often left out and shy but eventually he builds up the courage to help everyone and defeat his enemies. It's also fun to use him in order to see his abilities in games. I use Luigi whenever it's possible!

Mine is Nabbit, mainly because I am awful at Luigi U and Nabbit's invincibility is quite useful. Other than that, my favorite character story wise is Luigi, because he is a very funny character, in contrast to Mario who isn't as much. I also like Broswer, because he is very cool looking.

Princess Peach is my favorite character in Mario. I just always have liked her. Usually she starts out the game and it's all professional and a lot of times it's the same thing about Mario coming to rescue her or at least in the ones I have played. I also like Mario not because he is a main character but because I got so used to playing him a lot and he just grew on me I guess.

If you count Donkey Kong to the Mario series, since he was in the first Mario games as well as in spin-offs like the Mario Party series, that's my favorite character. A stupid, but powerful monkey with a red tie. That's style.

But if not, it's Luigi for me. Don't know why, he's just awesome. Imagine when he was first added to Mario games. He must've been the favorite of many players of the series. And also since I first saw a Mario game where you can play Luigi, I played him, because it feels better than always playing the same popular jumping plumber guy.

If you count enemies as character then it is definitely Boo. He's a classic character and I just enjoy playing as a ghost that can actually play sports.
If you don't then it's Toad. I just like the little guy. I find him more of an underdog than Luigi is.

Mine would be Yoshi. I like Yoshi he is able to eat enemies, he is loyal, and he is a hero. Yoshi has shown to be brave such as when he faced baby Bowser and Kamek. Not to mention I just think Yoshi is cool. 

Even though he is a bad guy I kind of like King Boo. I think King boo is cool looking. I also like Bowser and his kooplings.
