Neither Hotmail or Yahoo. Definitely gmail. gmail is a lot better than any others. It's better on spam, and easy to use.

Gmail is probably the simplest of them all. It's also a speedy email server despite the user having weak internet connection at times. Perfect for schools and other places where you don't have control over the connection speed of the internet. I also like its interface, clean and simple. It's also a lot easier to make a gmail account than a yahoo ones. Plus, yahoo has been really slow these days, there are also a lot of graphical eye candy designs on their site that aren't really important and are one of the main causes of slow functionality. Aol, I haven't used it much so I don't have any strong opinions about it...

I do believe GMail is the best. GMail provides account for multiple softwares and not just an EMail. For example, if you create an account of GMail, now that Google now owns Youtube and had created GMail, you are automatically linked to Youtube with your GMail. Also, there are new softwares such as Google+ that is available through your GMail. This resembles the Xbox One. Yeah i agree, I think gmail is the best personally, it is more than just email and you can do a lot more with it.  It is lightning fast and it just has a nice look and I think that simplicity is best. I use GMail since it's just been the easiest to use. I have a skydrive which looks a lot better than Google Drive, but Google has so much better sharing features. I've tried Yahoo, but it looks so much worse than Gmail with all the ads and junk email I get. Plus, GMail seems to have the most storage.

Well I have been using yahoo every sense I was about 12 years old. It is efficient and easy for me to use and always has been. I do like gmail a little but I am just used to yahoo more.

I have had a Yahoo! account since 2001, but I still prefer GMail. It has better security and both GMail and Yahoo have great customer service (which I have had to use multiple times, unfortunately.)

Gmail is my favorite, with the Google Drive, and just, everything.  I used Yahoo a few years ago, but was introduced to Gmail for a class in High School, and just fell in love.
Yahoo is not very secure, with 2 hacks in January alone.  I have an old account, and it became victim to a hack last week.  Take a look at my post with the recent history of Yahoo hacks.
