Remember that time when you were steaming mad? Looking back on it now, does it matter at all to you at this moment? It could have been 10 years ago, or even just yesterday. 

I remember some moments when I was angry. Not too long ago either. I got a little frustrated with my mom, and yes, my anger back then does matter now, because I regret getting angry at my mom. I try not to get frustrated with her when she does embarrassing stuff or just drives me nuts some days.

A cheating fiancé made me scream so loud I was probably heard two blocks over. First thing that came into my mind. I still think I had the right to be angry. I did not get violent ofcource but she never admitted her mistake, though she admitted doing the things she did.  So I don't feel sorry even though it was years ago and it doesn't make much of a difference in my life anymore.

Anger is a big, heavy word, I'd just have to say that it's a lot more different from simply being frustrated or irritated.

Remember anytime in your life you have been really angry? Well I am usually mad everyday. Whether that be my brother or people in the chat (*cough* Goomy Fans *cough*) there is always something that grinds my gears.
Today I was annoyed because my friend threw my bag when I was playing Football (soccer) at lunch. This caused my orange juice carton to burst which flooded my bag. I threw him to the floor and threatened a punch in rage. He asked if I wanted his cookie so I accepted the deal and now we a friends again.

I think it was about high school when I just kinda lost it and was just mad at everything.
my mom was an abusive woman with bull headed arrogant views so I left that home.
I was constantly suspend for Fighting and conflicts with teachers.

Well last month, one of my old childhood friends was murdered after being kidnapped by some teenagers while trying to sell his truck, The guy who shot him in his own truck(that he then continued to drive) was so stupid, the police wanted to interview him and he showed up IN THE STOLEN TRUCK that he murdered someone in, and had stolen.

Let's just say if I had gotten to him first, I would be the one sitting in prison instead.

That's a bit heavy, but yes, that's one thing that will make me angry for the rest of my life.

sad ofcource but I felt pity the most towards the person who murdered
him rather than anger and I have gotten pissed off for far less reasons. Though
maybe the fact that I knew the murderer also contributed. If it would
have been some random person I would have maybe been more aggressive.

 I guess I do actually feel pity for the murderer though, I saw what some of the things his mother wrote on facebook and I could instantly tell that he didn't grow up with the best family who would teach him any values, nor is he much smarter than a baked potato. I guess what really makes me angry is that people like him continue to live on(on my tax dollars btw), and people who actually contribute to society like my friend just die. It's more depressing than angering I guess.

I rarely get angry at anything, I'm most of the time cool and neutral so I always think a lot before going in a rage. I remember when I had terrible anger problems when I was about 12. I would scream and hit.. whoever made me mad. There is this one day that I will never forget, but I do know it is forgiven and today I am a new woman. I strive to be more positive.. and I rarely ever get angry anymore and if I do it's nothing compared to how I used to get.

Nope, most of the time it is over insignificant stuff looking back on it now. Some stuff just annoys me to a point in which I just get angry about it. I am not an angry person, but when I was angry and I am looking back on it now, I can't really remember what i was even angry for and why it mattered so much. I guess after being angry we gain new knowledge and behave differently so that in the future we don't look at it as such a big deal. I'd say for me I am about 85% of the time frustrated and 14.9% actually angry, and 0.1% outraged when something bothers me. 

I am a pretty relaxed, serious person, but I have self control and I don't get extremely furious to a point to where I can't control myself. It would take something really bad to get me to that point. But no, looking back on it, it doesn't matter at all.
