I have always wanted to wear a costume when I went Trick or treating, but I never had a costume. I don't know why, but I just never had one.

I haven't gone trick or treating in two years, but the best costume I had was a boba fett outfit. After Halloween I basically wore it all week.

I was spongebob one year, it was really itchy, I liked it though. I wore it the entire month of November. This year, I am making a costume out of other costumes.

The best halloween costume I've ever had has to be this years! I don't trick or treat or anything like that. I stopped that when I was a young child. I bought a Hazmat Suit with face mask etc. identical to the one from the show Breaking Bad . An amazingggg show! I mainly purchased it for this club everyone is going to next friday called Clubland. Everyone is dressing up for it so I thought I might as well

So yeah, Breaking Bad costume!

The best Halloween costume I've ever had is a Mario costume. I used that costume for my trick-or-treating 2 years in a row and I have never had a costume as awesome as it! It even included a fake mustache!

I can't really say I ever had one. I guess my costume of death was the the best. It was really realistic.  Scare the Children!

I haven't gone trick or treating for a while, other than supervising my siblings. But this is a good thread.

My best would probably most recently, where I wore a white shirt and wrote "COSTUME" in Sharpie.

Well, either that, or one other I had in Toronto.

I went trick or treating with my friend when I was 13, since they invited us. I took that chance as my last one, and dressed as a hippie/hipster/whatever you want to call those guys about peace and love. I sat in my friend's dad's van with my friend while his dad drove, and I secretly opened the door and flung my legs out. After the dad noticed, he slowed down a lot, which was good. Every time we got to a house, I jumped off and said, "Love or treat, man."

T'was wonderful.

My favorite costumes was one I got when I was seven or eight years old, I looked in the mirror after I put it on and it scared the crap out of me. (not literally) It was some kind of reaper costume or something.

When I was in 4th grade, we did a unit of Greek gods and goddesses.  I liked Atlas because he was big and strong and carried the world around.  My mom sewed an Atlas suit together out of material and batting and it looked like a giant sumo/muscle suit.  I carried a globe on a string and I really like the outfit.

More importantly, it was extremely cold that year for Halloween.  I was nice and warm and toasty while all my friends were freezing.  I usually went with my soccer uniform when I went trick or treating and this was something different.  My mom enjoyed putting the work in and her creativity was really cool.  She spent time on it and it made the night really fun.

I am not really sure. I have had a few cool ones when i was little I was a power ranger and a teenage mutant ninja turtle when I was little, but as I got older I was pretty much in the same theme of dressing up with a skull mask or a grim reaper sort of look. I always went with that sort of theme for a few years and I always thought it looked pretty menacing. 


I will say though, I went this year with a cape/ hood, and I had a skull mask and I was dressed in all black and I carried this huge sword around and I thought it looked pretty awesome in my opinion.  So that is what I went as this year and I think it was probably one of my favorite/ best costumes yet.

Well..back when I was way way younger, I was in elementary school and was all obsessed with Pokemon. So my favorite costume would've had to have been one I was able to make by hand with the help of my mom instead of one the store bought costumes. I made my own custom Rattata costume because as a little kid I loved rats. I had the giant huge tail, a well made mask with the whiskers and teeth and all. It was so awesome. What bugs me is I have no idea where that costume is to this day, i'm still hoping my mom never threw it away or something because I put a lot of hard work into that.

I had a really cute racoon costume I'd wear every year till about age 10 when I didn't fit anymore.

My best and favorite costume was actually the one I wore this year! I went as Nepeta Leijon, from Homestuck. I had the hat, trench coat, everything. I made everything except the coat by hand. I was and still am very proud of it!

I was a pile of leaves in kindergarten, which was pretty unique. I've also been a fish tank, a cactus, a jellyfish, and a scarlet macaw, which were all fun, because my mom and my grandma have always helped my sister and I make really unique costumes. (We are serious about Halloween here!)
This year, I was Rapunzel (the Disney's Tangled version), which was not really so unique, but we made the dress and wig and I did my make-up to look like her and everything. I think it looked pretty good when it was done, and it got a lot of compliments at school.
The funny thing was that nobody was wearing a costume walking into my school, and I'm all dressed up like "Drat, I'm going to be the biggest dork in high school!" and then I entered the theatre hall... EVERYONE was wearing a costume! I love those guys. It was awesome.

Probably a little Superman costume I had when I was 9. It was blown up to have the muscles, and it was pretty cute.

Well it seems this thread has a long life since it is now nearing the Festive season or Christmas as most of us know it as. 


Now to the question...

My favorite Halloween costume that I had when I was a little kid was this werewolf costume. I would put o the werewolf costume and I would get on all fours and start to chase around random girls all around my neighbor hood. Every year I would do this and people started coming to my neighborhood to just see me in action. I had to spend so much time posing for pictures with people and I have chased so many people all around the place. When I put that costume on I could always feel a surge of adrenaline and energy and I could just sprint and run forever because when I put it on I felt like I was being transformed into the werewolf when I put that costume on. But as I said my favorite costume of all time would be the werewolf costume....

My best Halloween costume was probably my Alice in Wonderland outfit. I sewed a custom shirt and skirt that looked just like Disney's alice. Sadly, I wore it in 8th grade so it's a little small for me now.

Mine is either Joseph from the Book of Genesis(in the Bible. I had a legit coat of many colors.) or Pajama Sam. Hopefully someone remembers that extremely old computer game. Ha ha.
