Well, here is another simple thread! So, which competition month on vizzed do you like the best? Is it the Contribution Points VCS? The posting VCS? Or the Tour DE vizzed? For me, it is of course the TDV (tour de vizzed) since it is the most rewarding month with jerseys. I think its better than bragging rights. I of course expect all of you to say the TDV but lets see what you guys will say anyways. So how about you guys? Which competition do you like the best? (TDV, CP VCS, Posting VCS is the short way of saying it).

I like VCS better. It oddly has less spamming, and you never see those bright colors in your face when posting. He he.

I just think VCS is more fun because of the less spam. Plus Tour De Vizzed totally ripped off VCS.

For now, I am only familiar with Tour de Vizzed, so I am going to go with that. I am having a lot of fun participating on it and posting during TDV. I actually don't care if I get attention or not, and I don't care if I don't win or score high. I am just having fun with TDV.

I like the TDV more because you can get jerseys and also, there are a variety of ways to win besides just making a lot of posts which is spammy.

You can get recognition and an awesome jersey just from posting and you also get points and become the winner. I compete in the TDV more though. I know it may be a knock off of the VCS but I just think it is easier to get points this way instead of only competing for the highest amount of posts, you can compete for most posts in an hour, biggest posts and highest word count in a day as well. So those are my reasons why I think the TDV is just better than the vcs, despite a lot of the crazy spamming that goes on.

I have just joined the site a few days before the TDV started, so I am only used to this contest, and it’s the only one that I actually know the rules of, but I would have to say that even after I compete in the other contests, I would stick with the TDV as my favorite.

For me it's CP VCS it's the competition that doesn't need posting a lot a less spammy and contributing the site retro game room more detailed to users whose new to this site plus the other competition seems boring and a lot of drama, flaming about for winning for the fame you must be fair at all times so DON'T CHEAT.

The Tour de Vizzed is the best for me. There may be a ton of spam and that annoys a swarm of users but there is a brighter side. I enjoy the fact that you have different categories for victory. I enjoy making longer posts then other users so the yellow jersey is for me, even though I have never won it but that is due to the thread spammers.
You have to be fair here, all 3 of the competitions mentioned are all full of spam. In both the Tour de Vizzed and the VCS you get pointless post spam and in the CP VCS you get people who go through every game in the game page and rates every video, screen shot and review.

CP VCS - It seems like it was more beneficial to the site. However, I think the rules for it need some tweaking. In particular, site staff have so many more contribution actions to choose from than trusted and lower. There were days that I was typing 3 reviews just to barely not break even. 

It would be really cool if the winners of these things could get some kind of trophy pic on their profile.

I'm not a non-stop postaholic so the other two games don't really interest me.

My first posting competition on Vizzed was the VCS, and I really enjoyed it. There was less stress going on than nowadays lol. TdV is not bad, but I like the VCS much more. 

As time goes on, when I participate more in each events, my liking's may start to shift a bit.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
