DenzGamer135 : I think that the simplest solution may be just to trim your nails regularly, since biting may be an impulse to keep them short. If they're long enough to do a lot of biting it may be time for a trim. Hoped that helped.

I bite my nails so much that they bleed. I really want to get out of the habit of doing so. It would be nice to be able to open things, or to get things out of my teeth, if I do not having anything else to use, that is. It is actually becoming very frustrating, and I feel like I am going to get a really bad infection if I continue, but I cannot help it. I have had the problem for years, and it does not seem as if there is anything I can do to stop. I am getting better at controlling it, but I still find it disgusting, and yet I cannot stop doing it.
