So many gamers who have enjoyed countless hours of playing the Pokémon game titles have at one point for the most part imagined what it would be like living in the world of Pokémon. Leaving home at the young age of 12, being able to get free food at the Pokémon center and a free room, battling different gyms, participating in Pokémon contests, and of course just running into crazy situations. So my question is if you were in the Pokémon world what would your first Pokémon be, (Starters can't be picked) what would you specialize in, (This can be contest participation, battling gyms, or being the bad guy), and what Pokémon do you think you would actually add to your team. You can start in any region you would like to start in and you can't pick more than 10 Pokémon a region.

I will start:
If Pokémon was real I would be a Team Rocket member. My first Pokémon would most likely be either a Magmar, Hypno, or a Nidoran(F). I would eventually become an executive member and after Team Rocket died out I would take up positions with other criminal syndicates or I would make one of my own which would be on a smaller scale.

On my journey I would capture more evilish Pokémon such as: Crobat, Absol, Scyther, Mightyena, Ursaring, Abomasnow, and maybe even an Electivire or Torterra. Yes that is right I would not catch basic Pokémon I would actually catch powerful and final evolution Pokémon or just make grunts train some of them up for me. I mean really who would want to waste time training a basic Pokémon to a final evolutionary stage who is also a bad guy?

If Pokémon were real, I might have by me a Dragonite! Such a trust-worthy and reliable Pokémon. 

I would then possibly have an Infernape...he'll be my ninja bodyguard.

Lastly, I would have a Gengar on my team...he'll be sure to make things fun...

Anyway, Pokémon in real life is actually kind of hard for me to imagine. I always think to the Pokémon shows, and I really can't see what happens there happen in real life.

Sidewinder : Your background is truly AWESOME! And yeah I know what you mean because of the fact that it is now forming more and more for younger audiences which makes it harder for young adults to really put themselves in a world like that. Other anime is a lot easier to imagine even the mainstream but Pokemon is just one of those shows which is just hard. :0

Of course everyone would go for the powerful ones but if Pokémon was real I would have venasuar, Gengar, Beedrill, Ninetales and Staraptor for a good and basic team. I'd probably win lots of battles with that team.

Swampert is my all time favorite Pokémon but since starters are excluded, I'll go with:

Crobat
Marowak
Houndoom
Gengar
Manectric
Luxray
Lucario
Zoroark
Sharpedo
Hydreigon

All of these are badass Pokémon.

If Pokemon was real I would have (or like to have lol)

jolteon, zoroark, totodile, charizard, pinsir, and meowth.

Jolteon would be my starter (Eevee to be exact, then evolve into jolteon).

If Pokemon was real, I guess I would like to have a Squirtle as a starter. Or maybe Piplup. It would be really helpful to have a strong water type Pokemon, it could help you travel on water, it can also provide you water in a hot sunny day, and water types are just so cool for me! Also, having a flying type would be helpful too. Like having a Spearow, because Spearows have really strong attacks and it can also help you travel to other places by air, which could be very interesting and fun. A strong fire type like Ninetails will also help you in some situations like a cold night, it could make a fireplace to make you feel warmer. We are already half way through my team, now we have the water type Squitle-Blastoise or Piplup-Empoleon, the flying type Spearow, and the fire type Ninetails. So I'll continue..

Another Pokemon I would like to have with my team is a Psychic type like Kadabra, I could use him for levitating objects that blocks the road, Plus it could teleport me to a pokemon center in an emergency like having an injured pokemon. And psychic types are also helpful in battles because of their hypnosis and dream eater technique. A dragon type is also an ideal pokemon for my team, and a Dragonite is what I need. Because of dragonite's strong attacks, he could be very helpful in a difficult battle. One more too go, and here he is. The final pokemon for my team is Aggron, a great tank pokemon. What else do I need?

And, after my journey. I will join the Elite Four, good.. right? How about you? What will you do if Pokemon was real?

If Pokemon were real, my team in real life would definitely have to be the same as that of Heart Gold. It would be Chiko my Meganium, Shocker my Mewtwo, Ho-oh, Lugia, Togekiss, and Gary my shiny Gyarados.

It's just me and my Eevee wandering trough world, visiting new regions and meeting new people and sometimes challenging trainers to duel and in time my Eevee would evolve into Umbreon. I might catch poliwag when we stop in some river or lake to fish some food. But I don't think I will have many Pokémon's 1-3 would be enough for me.

And I will not keep my Pokémon's in pokeball, I will let them move freely all the time.

EDIT: Also the 3rd Pokémon I would pick will be Caterpie, when it evolves into Metapod and then Butterfree, it will be a great asset is we are in trouble let's say in some cave and Onix wants to crush us, Butterfree will use stun spore or sleep powder so we can escape easily. And in the hot summer days it will cool us with it's gust attack.

I wouldn't have a team and I don't think anyone would. If pokemon was real then pokemon battles will be animal cruelty. However to use some of them for transport like horses then I guess some of it is fine and I guess so is having them as pets.

I would love to have a pet totodile. He is cute and strong and just pure awesome. I know it sounds all cheesey but they are really just the facts about his or hers figure.

I wouldn't really need anything else. Totodile is fine since he will evolve some day. I could solo run everything thing with a Level 100 feraligatr!

If Pokemon were real I'll probably have Infernape, Espeon, Snorlax, Salamander, Sceptile and Metagross (Assuming that I already adventures and evolved all of them meeting them one by one) I would adventure through regions and would set a chain of resorts for trainers to battle(Such as the Castle of Cameron in "Pokemon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew" or the Battle Chateau located in Kalos) and try to put myself as the top trainer of the place as the strongest trainer in the place.

If I were a Pokemon trainer my team would consist of:
1-Metagross.
2-Absol
3-Machamp
4-Blastoise
5-Sceptile
6-Fearow.

Those six are my favorite Pokemon, and while it's not the most balanced team, it's still really good.

If pokemon was real, I would be a regular, run-of-the-mill pokemon trainer who wanders around aimlessly, helping random people out. My team would be straight from PMD 2: My starter as a Houndour (eventually a Houndoom at like level 60) named Stella; her best friend and my second pokemon Riolu named Alexa, a Grovyle named Grove (who will NEVER evolve), a Dusknoir named Noir, a PINK Celebi named Belle, and a Dragonite named ... Dragon. XD So unoriginal. I was a noob, but what can I say? I can't change his name now... XD Dragon will always be Dragon. meh. Anyways.... that would be my team. Pure Awesomeness.

If these little pets where real it be cool to have them. But I don't think I could fight them.

Dude, these things are NOT pets! They are giant (sometimes), powerful, wild creatures that have MAGICAL powers! They aren't PETS. *scoffs* Pets.

XD I meant no offence. I just think that was the wrong choice of words. I'm not angry... I busted out laughing when I read that. XD

Hmmm, a good question, yet fun.

If that really happens, I would always have my cute Pikachu with me. Though it might shock me, I am sure it will be friendly with me. I just.. like it. I also will love Squirtle, so I don't need a faucet to fill up my bathtub or shower stall, Squirtle will do it for me. I will have cups of water on summer days, I will surf with it... But Pikachu can learn surf too! I'll also have a Beautifly, so it can cool me up with Gust, and also help me and the others out when fighting - It can use Mega Drain and Stun Spore to stop the enemy in emergency situations and Whirlwind to wash away strong enemies! And finally, I would choose my favorite Pyschic Pokemon - Kadabra or Alakazam. It can teleport me through unpassable places and Pokemon Centers when my team gets hurt, it can levitate me and my team for passing any obstacles(or for just.. flying around) and.. many more!

I, as in the game, want to be a good trainer that helps people, and plays(fights) with Pokemon. I have no ambition of reaching the Elite Four and being the Pokemon League champion, just want to be a normal everyday trainer, hanging out with my four Pokemon : Pikachu, Squirtle, Beautifly and Kadabra/Alakazam. But with them, I'm sure my team will be balanced and good!

If Pokémon were real I would live my life completely normal (people who go out and get their pets to fight to the death have no life) except with an eevee by my side at all times.

My team would probably be pretty much the same as my current non legendary pokemon dream team in the games consisting of the following Pokemon:

Luxray
Porygon Z
Golurk
Sceptile
Typhlosion
Dragalge

I would spent countless hours training my Pokemon and becoming a Pokemon Master. No one would surpass me... NO ONE! *evil laugh*
