Donkey Kong Land 2.  I have beaten the game to 100 percent at least 3 times.  It took me a while to beat it to 100 percent the first time, though.  I think I was 10 or so when I did that the first time, after getting the game at 6 years old or so.  The only Donkey Kong Land I haven't beaten to 100 percent is number 3.

The first game I can remember beating is Spyro the Dragon, which happens to be one of the first video games I ever played as well. I also set out to get 100% in that game, I came close, but didn't end up getting 100% completion until years later when I decided to play it through again.

The only thing that comes to mind is Harry Potter: And the Philosopher Stone for GBC. Probably the first game that was easy enough for me to beat when I was younger, also I had some major English issues back then (it's not my native language), which made it a little hard to proceed.

One that I do remember enjoy beating was Final Fantasy X. I wasn't the biggest fan of the Sphere Grid, but it was a fun game. 

To be quite frank, I have played quite a lot of games in my childhood, but I wasn't such a stickler on beating every single one of them.
