Nintendo is making a new 2DS, releasing on the 12th of October. With this, they'll be slicing the price of the Wii U, so if you want the Wii U, that's when to get it. I personally think this new "2DS" is going to be a pretty much waste. It's a 3DS that isn't 3D, but it can play all games, including the 3DS games. Just turn the 3D off. Here's the official website.

I'm all for them making a budget system, but I think it should be more at the $99 range rather than $129.  The design is just funky.  It is no longer a fit in pocket system, it's an awkward tablet size.  But I dunno, it might appeal to someone.  I just don't see it.

Yeah I know, this is completely ridiculous, it looks sort of like a pad and you can't even close it, I think it is just going to be a complete waste, the 3ds is better, and if you don't like the 3d, just turn it off, it is that simple.
