Don't drink and drive. Me and my friend learned this life lesson a few days ago. We had been drinking and on the way home, about 100 feet from the house, we went off the road and flipped about four or five times. I was thrown out the windshield, but we both lived through it, with minor injuries. Life lesson.

Well at least nobody was seriously hurt and I hope that you and your friend are fine as well! I don't have any people who drink in my family so I don't  pick  up anything they do. Any way this has to be a good life lesson for anyone who is drinker or isn't!

Wow that's sad that reminds me of my uncle who almost died from it. One day he got out of the bar as he was drunk. When he lost of a bet he drive his car with his friends. When he begins driving he lost focus. He got knocked out from being drunk. (This is when ones of his friends tell their part of the story). They were accidentally crashed into a car and it flipped upside down. They were in the hospital for a few weeks. They learn a lesson. It was to take a taxi or don't drink at all. Only in moderation.

They may lie to loved ones about their whereabouts and endanger the lives of others by getting behind the wheel again and again. These are not the actions of healthy person. 

I have a year sober as of 9-1-13 and I let the stuff wreck my life for the better part of 20 years. I could share horror stories but I won't just know that you don't want to end up where I'm at. Live and learn...

I guess you both came out really lucky. I'm 13 and I would never think of driving if I was a bit drunk. Well I guess now you know and you will be afraid to attempt that stunt again.
