First, I will say that if this has been done, I am really sorry, I just needed to say this.

Well, I am going to ask a question. Have you ever had a good friend who left Vizzed? Or even your life? Do you have any stories you would like to tell?

The reason I make this is because of what I have been thinking. I was friends with kidd mac and marcushoward, aka marcus047. Well, when marcus was perma'd, I just couldn't live with it. I got so angry at the Globals + for getting rid of him, but I was able to contain my anger. I know that what he did was wrong, but I was just such great friends. Because kidd mac just had a normal ban, he stuck around for a bit, then left. Tonight, I found myself looking over the legacy of both of my best friends, and I my eyes filled with tears. They were just always there for me when I needed them.While writing this, it happened again. I also found some old PM's from me to them. I then had an unbearable rush of emotions that I can not explain, but I knew I had to do something. So, I decided that if I ever become Global, I would treasure a thread that meant a lot to kidd mac, that thread would be his Megaman forum thread. I don't know what I would do to marcus, the best friend I have ever known, but I will do something that he would have loved.

I write this with a shaky hand and with tears in my eyes, but you have no idea of what I am feeling. I have not cried like this in a long time. You have no idea how I am thinking about this, I just can't explain. I didn't want to make this, but I just couldn't live without anyone knowing. So, there you have it. Everything. As a tribute, I made a layout. But I will pay 5,000 Viz if someone can get me the exact Megaman Zero layout that kidd mac used in his Megaman forum thread. ( The one he use to collect Viz )

So, there you have it. I may have missed somethings, so I may edit this. Now it is your turn. What is your story?

Barathemos : It has happened twice. Both in real life. Once they left, now with our move to Europe, I left my friends. Not going to call out names because I want to keep this private. First time was about a year ago. There was this girl. I guess you can say it was more as plain friendship. I knew her since late base school. They came from the UK. And eventually returned there, leaving everything and everyone, including me, behind. That hurt. Never felt so bad before. I promised myself that one day, whether it is close or not, I will meet her again. Which is how I got over it. Around 2 weeks ago, me and my family moved to Europe, leaving everyone of our friends behind. I still have contact with them, but I know I will probably never see them again in real life. It was our choice though, so I'll have to live with that fact. I'm not that emotional as some others, so it doesn't hurt me as much as my little cousin.

I think several times for me, but I had one that's the most memorable to me. There was this guy that I was friends with before, we had a lot of fun playing this online game. And then I made this other friend, a girl this time. As time passed by, the girl started to dislike the guy and vice versa. They wanted me to choose between them, and I chose the girl. That resulted me in losing my guy friend.

I often wondered what it would be like if we were still friends; however, I wouldn't have changed my mind if I could redo my decision.

TheeDragoniteMaster was a cool guy that I miss. He apparently left while I was on my month-long vacation. I also miss marcus047/howard a lot. There's also SuperCrash64 who would always remove me from his friends list, then say he's quitting, then come back the next day and add me to his friends list. He did that like 3 times.

In real life? I had this totally awesome friend in the first grade. He was kind, he wasn't bossy or anything, and he was really fun. He was also pretty generous. Then he moved to Texas or Washington or something (his mother lied to me, so I don't remember which one it is) a month after school started.

Well, yes..

It was my semi-girlfriend, Abby.

She died in a Car crash / accident on Christmas DAY. It was just very sad/ She was alive during the crash, but passed away in the hospital for a unknown reason. Look up Abby Bacho Death on Google if you really want further information.

I don't feel personally attached to any of the people on this site, so I wouldn't care if they left, same goes for 95% of the people I know.

I really grew to know people a ton back when I was a real serious poster, like Vizwiz123 and Zeldisaster.  I drifted away from the site for a while, and now I'm back.  I hope to forge friendships with lots of you guys again.

I can't take any of you clowns more seriously than world hunger, ie not seriously at all.  

And the nature of online communities lead to people coming and going as they please.  Some last longer than others and some are here quickly and go.  It's part of life.  Things change, people change and move on.

I've never been overwhelmed by anyone leaving Viz.  I don't care enough about anyone to seriously miss them.  If I had friendships built and strong relationships, I'd find more ways to communicate with people, via email, phone, Skype, facebook, whatever, and not rely on one website.

I have had strong emotional relationships with other people who left my life.  It happens and I'm comfortable letting people go.  Nothing has really made me fall down and cry my eyes out or weep uncontrollably.  People come and go.  Accept it and things will be easier for you.

I had some great friends when I was younger. Of course, keep in mind this was during the infancy of the Internet and before texting, etc. As time began to roll on some of them enlisted, some got married, some went to college, some went to prison, etc. Our path together split into dozens of separate paths. I can't really comment on having social media friends but I feel like it's something that has more meaning to the twenty-somethings and teenagers then it will ever mean to me. In times of nostalgia and sadness for things and people that have passed, I try to remember that the future is full of new experiences and all I have to do is decide to reach out and grab hold of them as they pass.

As far as for me, I used to have a great friend back in middle school. I'll call him J, to minimize personal identification. We always hung out, we always played cards (both of us real big into Yu-Gi-Oh! and I still am) but he eventually left because he was going to my school "illegally" when he lived in a different school district. His parents put him in a proper nearby school, but the rest of the school year was just... boring.

Sure, he was kind of an idiot, and he even pelted me in the face once with a volleyball (accident, but he was built like the Hulk, long story I won't say here), but he was my best friend back then.

And to this day, I've never had a friend as great as him since.

Online, I never really made "friends" but people like DarkHyren and Jigsaw were pretty close to that label. But that's just my perspective.
