No I don't do that, I either do one or the other but I do not do them together. I only listen to music when I have nothing to do or when I just want to hear a good song. But when I watch tv I do not watch them both together. It is just hard to understand what is happening on tv and listening to the song at the same time, so to answer your question, I do like to listen to music and watch tv, but I don not do them both at the same time. It  just doesn't make any sense to me to do both.

I don't because with most of the shows I watch have complex and bizarre enough plot devices (the River Song timeline and Sherlock's rapid deductions, for example)that if I got distracted listening to music I would be completely lost in the show. I do like something to look at while I listen to music, but I usually just use YouTube for that. I like to feel fully immersed in whatever I'm doing. I can see why people would do that, if they were bored with whatever they're watching, though.
