Since today is Independence Day for the United States, some cities, state/territories or countries sells fireworks and others prohibited fireworks, by your area, are they legal or Illegal without a permit.
Where I live (the state I live in), fireworks are pretty much legal.

For me, I think that Fireworks should be legal, because they don't really bother me that much.

In homer alaska fireworks are illegal. But most people ignore that law and use fireworks all the time. I even saw a cop who lived next door fire off some fireworks.

They are legal in my area but most people don't celebrate or use them anyways because they are just not in the mood. I hate my neighborhood because they never celebrate anything and it totally sucks. They do nothing for Halloween either and it is just boring and dull and that is why I stopped doing it altogether because my neighborhood is lame and nobody does it anymore.
