Well, I'm not quiet sure but I remember playing this hack of Sonic the hedgehog and I managed to beat it in 10 minutes except it wasn't a complete game though so I'm not sure if that would count.

I beat lots of arcade games in a short amount of time, but most of the games that I play like Pokémon I play for longer, simply because that is just not enough time to train them well. I beat games like snake and tmnt games in about an hour, they really aren't that hard, that is kind of why they are so easy to beat. Yeah, I have beaten a couple games within an hour, but they're mostly easy hacks others have made and other user-made games, if it was an original video game, it will take me well over an hour to beat, although a couple of them have taken me between 45 minutes to an hour to beat.

Well I haven't beat a game in 1 hour, but I have beat a story on a part of the game in like 1 hour, and 28 minutes. That game was Dragon Ball Advance Adventure. That game has like about 1 hour story modes, but with like 20 playable characters on there. That is a awesome game, as you journey your way through the Kid Goku Saga. It was pretty neat, and the game looked nice, and decent. It had some great graphics, and it was a really long game. I haven't beaten it yet, but my assumption will assume it will take 22 hours to complete .

I don't remember how long it took me to beat Portal the second time I played it but it was probably close to an hour... though that's a short game so I don't know if that counts. XD Otherwise definitely not! I'm terrible at most games so it usually takes me forever (don't ask how long I've been playing Dark Souls. Really, don't) but that's half the fun. :3

I beat the game Donkey Kong Land 2 too many times to count, but never quite beat it in an hour, and am not sure it's possible to 100% it in an hour, let alone beat every level.  I have beaten some flash games in an hour, and maybe a sonic game, but that's about it.
