My neighbors are kinda annoying, it really depends on how they act, they might be alright and other times, they can be very annoying.

Who does not?
The Ones that decide to blast cultural music at full volume on any other day or night but the weekends would stand out.
But...
I hate the mini-dog owners who let the dog crap on anyone's lawn.
They have parks and such for that kind of thing.
I noticed that the smaller the dog?
The lazier the owner. Plus... they tend to be "nosy".
(Note: There is a noise maker they sell to quiet neibghors animals if they make too much noise. It seems to work for the lawn crappers too. Only the Dogs can hear it.)

Other than that? I get along with most of my neighbors.
Most of the time too.

I have very good neighbours.  The ones to my left are a small quiet family of three who you only really hear when they come home at the end of the day or they are doing yard work (The noisy stuff like mowing the lawn, etc) and the ones to my right are quite as well.  They have a big dog that barks sometimes but it's usual in my neighbourhood.  We have a dog too so we are pretty much even XD. 

tell me about it, i have a neighbor that is constantly at there window staring. creepy!

My neighbors aren't annoying at all. However, a few of them smoke. That's the only problem I have with my neighbors.

I have annoying neighbours at the right side of my house because there are a lot of young kids outside and they cry a lot. My neighbours at the left side of my house however are a lot more grown up and mature.

Hi everyone I'm new here and I don't really have any annoying neighbors

I have neighbors but I don't socialize with them at all considering they are always out of town  every two or three weeks for a couple of months on a business trip.But the other neighbors same thing don't know them don't really care but ocassionally I say hi tothem and they say hi to me and we may bring up a topic but thats about it.Oh wait forgot to mention they are not crazy.

There okay I guess, the neighbor to the right of my house is a young kid who is in the coast guard and he is good friends with my dad, and to the left of my house is this annoying fat neighbor who is always doing construction in his back yard ALL day long. It can be so annoying sometimes because it will be 6:00 or 7 and he will still be building stuff in the back yard and we can watch tv because of him. So yeah he is the only problem and he has like a second garage another house in the backyard, 2 sheds and a pool and a whole bunch of other stuff. He tore down all of the beautiful trees in the yard that we used to climb on when we were younger to make for a desert landscape. So I guess he is the only annoying neighbor we have.

Who doesn't?

I have three that live in the front, back and left side of my house, and they play music either at Weekends, or Holidays.

One gets used, though...

Okay so now, do you guys ever get used to having weird neighbors? I'm beginning to get used to the loud music and barking dogs but it's still sort of annoying. 

I am the annoying neighbor.

Mine are very annoying. All they do is complain about my dog and even me sometimes for smoking on MY yard. I usually ignore them though, they won't do anything .

All of my neighbors are really nice people and I get along with them for the most part. However, one of my neighbors (we'll just call him 'Bob') has this really annoying habit. You see, Bob is a pilot for a major commercial airline which means he is hardly ever home. That is not the annoying part. The annoying part is that when he is home I want to shoot him with my hunting rifle because he'll get up at the crack of dawn and start mowing his yard or doing some type of work in his garage that involves power tools and makes lots of noise. I am not a morning person! As a matter of fact I am a college student, but all of my classes are at night so I don't have to rise early in the morning unless I get lucky and find a job. I have tried talking to this guy about making all that noise so early in the morning, but he keeps doing it anyway! Oh well, I suppose it's time to lock, load and say goodbye to old Bob! I'm kidding, nobody is going to get shot, but I might sabotage his lawn mower!

My Neighbor isn't annoying. I don't have problems with them. And most likely I to friends with my neighbors even if there annoying.

Not really. But I do have someone annoying who lives at the corner down the street from me. 

My neighbor has two dogs that get into our trash. I shot each of them 4 times with a pellet gun but they are brutes. 

used to have neighbors that would constantly throw their ball or something that was pretty annoying to deal with. So Eh other besides that I think I have good neighbors
