Hahah, this is a topic I've been wanting to talk about. What are some games that scared you as a child? Even if they weren't scary. One of the games that used to freak the hell out of me as a kid, was the game "Ooze" for the Sega Genesis. Playing it again today, it's a pretty fun game. Not sure why I found it so damn scary.

I used to find games that had dark fog in them scary, a prime example being Tomb Raider scar, the same goes for the ruination levels in Crash Bandicoot 2.

One game that still gets me is Zelda: Majoras Mask. Far too many disturbing things.

When I was a kid I was scared of Luigi mansion and the underwater portion of Of that level in banjo Tooie that boss scared me.Also the eels in Super Mario 64 scared me so pretty much every game I had with a underwater level scared me.

For some reason, the PlayStation 1 game Fade to Black scared me as a kid, I have no idea why, maybe the  death scenes with the outdated cgi and your character getting shot/electrocuted/stabbed in a black room freaked me out, but the game in itself isn't scary, except maybe for enemies that run behind you from seemingly nowhere. I watched my Dad play Resident Evil 2, but that game never really scared me, which is funny because that game is supposed to be scary.
