I didn't say magikarp.
I have excluded myself from voting on my own polls.

Weedle or Caterpie.
They are only good at their final evolutions.
But they take time to raise their stats.

I know people may disagree but I think the most weak Pokemon is magikarp I know there are a lot of magikarp lovers but still a magikarp has low stats and you can't even train it without having to switch out in the beginning of battles.Yes it does evolve into a powerful gyrados but still i'm not talking about a gyrados i'm talking about a magikarp. When a magikarp does learn a move though it is a weak move called tackle which by the time a magikarp learns the move all the other Pokemon would know moves such as leaf tornado and blaze kick.The best move a magikarp can even learn is bounce but that move was introduced in generation 4 or somewhere around that generation. The only thing a magikarp has when it comes to stats is its speed which is useless if a Pokemon has bad attack,special attack,defense,and special defense. Magikarp also  has effects that are pretty good but still are pretty useless if magikarp has bad stats besides speed one common effect is swift swim which doubles a Pokemon speed in rain but once again speed is only good if you want to attack a opponent first which magikarp has bad attack and special attack.These are my reasons why I think magikarp is clearly the worst Pokemon but i'm pretty sure someone on vizzed would disagree with MY opinion though.

Okay, they are all very weak Pokémon, but come on magikarp is the weakest, it is even said to be the weakest and most pathetic Pokémon because the move splash that it has does nothing, only when it evolves into a gyarados does it become a decent Pokémon. But back to magikarp  , its stats are terrible and its only good stat is its speed which is not going to be good against an opponent who has good attacks. It is so weak that it is washed away by currents from a river and it can only learn a few moves like splash, tackle and flail which are all useless against a strong opponent. Yeah the other Pokémon choices may suck at their present forms but at least they have some decent moves and they do evolve into great Pokémon. Like caterpie evolves into butterfree which is a good Pokémon because it can learn silver wind which is a strong move, and it is the same for weedle which can evolve and get better moves and stats. So I definitely think magikarp is the weakest and it only becomes useful as a gyarados when it learns better moves and gets better stats.

I honestly cannot pick which one is the weakest... because weakness only comes with the lack of support from the trainer.

I actually have a very powerful Caterpie in my party on all my games (after seeing the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th episode of pokemon... I realized how amazing and adorable Caterpie is, so I had to capture one and love it).

With the person I am, I feel connected to Pokemon itself... so honestly no Pokemon is weak to me, and with enough love and dedication... even the "weakest" can become powerful.

I think Weedle is the weakest. Magikarp learns tackle, so it is trainable.

The weakest Pokemon is Feebas, Well its Evolution is good but I don't like Feebas! < It can learn almost nothing and it's hard to find!

Feebas can learn dragon pulse or dragon breath by breeding.
So there are some good qualities about feebas.

i think mewtwo is the absolute weakest of the group, mewtwo cant laern a thing good i owned a magikarp that could use thunderbolt, and bubblebeam and lick, and,selfdestruct. and it was the best christmas I have ever saved. cause i now pronounce magikarp and mewtwo man and wife and they lived happily ever rest in peace, gushundiet.

Just like there is no pokemon out there that is the toughest, there is no pokemon that is the weakest.  I know a lot of people are going to say that Magikarp is the weakest but at least it evolves into something powerful.  Yeah Magikarp has absolutely no attacks that are worth anything, but it evolves at level 20, which isn't much at all.  And as far as Weedle/Caterpie go, they evolve even quicker.  You wouldn't have to put up with them being weak for very long.  If your so lazy as to not even try to evolve a pokemon like Magikarp or Weedle/Caterpie, then you can't call yourself a legitimate trainer.

Everyone one knows magikarp is the worst pokemon ever made.

Magikarp is the weakest, it doesn't learn an attack move till it reaches level 25, and the attack move it learns is tackle which is horrible and it doesn't learn HM/TM moves, the only reason for catching one is for its evolved form.
