What was the very first of the Megaman series that you played? And, if you can remember, what was the forst Megaman GAME that you ever played?
Mine was Megaman Zero 3, from the Megaman Zero series.

Megaman 2. For N.E.S.
Rented Megaman1 waiting for Megaman3.
I had a friend make a deal with me each of us would buy the other megaman that came out.
I got 2. He got 3. I got 4. He got 5. He moved to Idaho by the time 6 came out and I got interested in Guitar and Girls at that time. (Never Played it.) I moved to the X series. (It took them years at a time to make the next one with the X series.) So, I played allot of guitar to pass the time. (It payed off.)

Good Luck To All.
I'm done. Stick a fork in me.
Peace.

Here's a link to some fans cover of a song in the X series.

Megaman Battle Network 3 Blue from the Battle network series. It's funny, I defined that as the actual mega man game back then. I didn't like the idea of megaman being a side scrolling shooter then, and I thought the classics looked silly. Of course after Battle network 4 and 5, I played NES Megaman 2 and my words were eaten, digested and other unseemly stuff. Although I prefer the X series and classic series, the Zero series looks interesting, but Battle Network will always be my first have high nostalgic value.

Megaman series then Megaman X series. That's it.

Played a lot of 2 and 3 growing up with 1, 4 and 5 sprinkled in. Never played 6 until I came here.  - Yeah Vizzed! -

Then moved onto playing X and X2 and loved those just as much as the originals. Never played X3 until here. - Yeah Vizzed! -Gonna buy X4 next time I see it.

I've never heard of Megaman Zero or Battle Network...? I live in the past apparently.

I have never played any megaman games until my friend showed up with a megaman game pack or whatever it was with many megaman games, and I played, (Well tried to play in order) and then I went crazy with power and played Megaman 4 after playing Megaman 2, but then Vizzed has all the Megaman games (Up until Megaman X games I think), so I could continue Nostalgia that I have never occurred in my childhood, and then I loved the series ever since.

Mega Man 2. My cousin was like "If you think Zelda 2 is hard, ever hear of Mega Man?" He showed me Quick Man's stage from Mega Man 2, I sucked at it. I ended up getting the original Mega Man and getting really good at it. (until the Yellow Devil) I've really enjoyed the Mega Man series since, and I have to thank my cousin for showing me what it's like.

I don't remember which one I played first, since I got them both at the same time, but it was either Megaman Zero 4, or  Megaman Battle Network 4. I think mine is Red Sun. I didn't play either of them for a while, but the first one that I really got anywhere with was Battle Network.

My first megaman series was the original series and my first game was Megaman 1. I never beat the game, but  it introduced me to the series quite well.

It all started with the original megaman 2, but it wasn't very interesting for me until Megaman X6 and Megaman Legends 2. I love the effects on X6 and the storyline of the legends series.
