I could drink about a gallon or two of water per day ,water is what  I mostly drink than anything and maybe soda . How much water do you drink.

Once I was finished with sports I never really cared how much water I was drinking a day. I knew I was getting enough...but I was neglecting what was best for my body. Nowadays I try to drink at least 8 glasses a day. Sometimes it's easier said than done, but that is my goal. It is amazing how much better you feel when you are getting that much water each day. People may scoff or doubt it but it really does make a big difference in your overall health.

I never keep track. I know you're supposed to drink 8 cups or some such... but I just drink when I'm thirsty. Who actually takes the time to count how much water their drinking? o.O

I seriously don't have the attention span to keep track of that sorta thing throughout the day. I drink from a 20oz refillable water bottle and empty it at least 4 times in a given day... so... I guess that's a basis for how much I drink.

hi,

I drink 3 liters of water on normal days, on days I do sport much more.

It's not the water that I'm tasting but the chemicals and minerals in it, and I'm very sensitive to certain minerals. (I am actually allergic to carbon, which means I can't drink most bottled waters or filtered waters because they usually use a carbon filtration system which leaves trace carbon in the water and makes me sick).

I try and get my liquids other ways and closely monitor my dehydration situation. I know all the warning signs of dehydration and if they start to crop up I suck down enough water to make them go away.
