My favorite first person shooter is call of duty. I like camping sometimes and shooting randomly all the time.

As of right now, I would have to say Halo Series, hands down, no questions asked. I am absolutely in love with the Halo games. I am getting all 7 of the Halo games for Christmas for my XBOX 360. XD

I love "Conkers bad fur day"....... BUT...
I can't find a F.P.S. that's more inventive than "Golden-eye ROGUE AGENT" (X-Box)
The Music Rocks. (Paul Oakenfold.), The guns are great. (I mostly enjoy funny named guns in any game.), And the Powers from "the Eye" are cool cool COOL. The story is "One of a Kind". (No one made a game about being the "bad guy". "Hit-Man" and "Warrio" was as close as it got. Back in those days.) My Gut tells me to root for the bad guy on this one.
"Golden-eye Rogue Agent" has my vote.
Good luck.
Peace.

Probably not EXACTLY the answer you'd be looking for, but I'd say Portal/Portal 2...They are 2 of the best games ever created, and more or less have changed the way I look at first person shooters.

If we were going by actually shooters...like with guns...It's a tie between Halo: Reach, Half-Life 2 and Dead Island.
