I only brush them once a day at the moment but that is because I always get the blame if we run out of tooth paste but they aren't dirty and I don't have bad breath so I am lucky enough not to have to do it any more than I do. (The dentist thinks I brush three times a day based on my mouth and I won't tell him otherwise)

I brush my teeth the recommended amount, twice a day I think. However, sometimes I forget to brush my teeth and therefore smell like something out of the sewers. If I forgot to brush my teeth a night I don't brush them twice in the morning to make up for it because it's bad for your teeth and can ware down the enamel.
