So far? Black Ops has been my favorite. Not really a big fan of the campaign modes on any of them though. I mainly play for the multi-player and extra modes. (Like Zombies and Dead Ops)

Cod 4 was one of best campaigns it is nº1 in my list.Missions like All ghillied Up and One Shot One Kill,and some sad moments,

I think Modern Warfare 3 had one of the best campaigns, the story line was pretty strong telling the end of the Modern Warfare series.  Pretty good in my opinion.
