Hmm, maybe it is just something wrong with general chat... I haven't gotten any more of these errors today as far as I know, which is good considering the majority of my posts have been 40+ words, so it's quite a wonder how this error is so widespread.

Since there is no < after the > in the post, the server thinks that the whole rest of a post is in a tag.
