I use the word like a bit too much. I don't do that thing where some say "I was, like, going to the shop and, like, there was this stupid guy," I really find that annoying. I use dislike when I cover up the fact I do like someone or using a simile or when someone does something really annoying.

Hahahaha, Oh my days, this relates to me so much. In Ireland it's extremely common for a person to say like. EVERYONE says it here, it's like the norm to say it. I can probably never go through a sentence without like in it. 

Examples of the use of like:

What happened? -  I went down to park and was 'like' "Why did you that? That's really mean like." and she's 'like' ... blah blah, you get my idea?

The word 'Like' comes up in every conversation at some point, it's destined to. 

So, to wrap all that up. I use the word 'Like' a lot, everyday, every conversation.
