4 years ago, I would say mouse pad ftw. But the last 4 years I'm using touch bad almost all the time. If you have a good one, then it's handy, easy and it doesn't makes my hand to hurt as much as the mouse pad.

But I guess it's mostly up to personal preferences.

For me, it would have to be TouchPad. It's interesting though, because up until a year or two ago I strongly disliked the TouchPad and would even go so far as to use an optical USB MousePad whenever I could.

By mouse pad do you mean that little thing that is in the center of my keyboard that is a circle that you move around almost?

Then no I like the touch pad better. But I would rather plug in a real mouse. I am used to a desktop as I do not have a laptop.

If anyone ever finds a new one that's USB, and uses a ball, please tell me. I hate using a mouse when using my laptop since I often put the laptop... on my lap sorta.
