If you're like me you love staying up late but hate the feeling of being groggy in the "morning" (I put morning in quotes since I actually get up in the afternoon >>).



Here's something that might help.



It's a sleep calculator that gives you certain times you should fall asleep at so you don't feel groggy when you wake up. I haven't really been able to test this out since I have a terrible time falling asleep when I want too, so I was wondering if this works well for anybody else.

The link gives me an error "404 - File or directory not found"

I was curious to check it, because I have the same problem. Some days nights, I stay up till 5AM and get up around 11AM or 1PM and I feel kinda dizzy and out of time and place all day >.>'

noelia : The link worked for me, so I would assume it is fine now.  Zamiel, feel free to correct me if necessary.

I prefer to try to get out of bed at 7:00 AM.  It is pretty neat to see that one of the times specified for me is 11:30 PM.  That is about half an hour after the time I plan to be in bed --although I usually stay up past that.  Thanks for sharing this, Zamiel.

I know my sleep cycle. I got to be between the times of 3 to 4 A.M and constantly woken up at 9 to 10 A.M so not much sleep there. I can't sleep anyways since I'm insomniac. (If I used the right word) I sleep a 2 hours and I'm ready to go when I wake up.

nice im defo gonna try this out but i have trouble falling asleep when i want to, too.
i often find that mroe sleep makes me more groggiily so i tend to give my self a bit less sleep these days and im doing fine but ill definatley give this a tgry nice link thnx

crazycatpup : You didn't read the description then. It tells you when you should go to sleep based on sleep cycles. If you wake up at the end of a sleep cycle you won't be as tired as when you would wake up in the middle of one.
