If we're talking actual worst Pokemon it would be sunkern for stats, but if a Pokemon has no way of defending itself, then it is probably a pointless Pokemon. However Happiny can learn copycat and pound, plus a alrge variety of TM attacks, so I believe your hypothesis is incorrect, sorry.

Weakest survival based would be Shedinja since it is OHKO'ed by the types it is weak. And to be fair, what it is weak too is quite common, including Dark, Rock, Flying, and Fire.

But my personal hatred will always go to Magikarp, simply because of my old stigma of previous games and its overall suckiness

I agree with CatDog, Sunkern can be a great Pokemon to use, if you train/use him well.

I would say Feebas. Even if Magikarp doesn't evolve it can still be dangerous if it learns Flail. Feebas is a pain to find and a serious pain to evolve. If it has the wrong Nature, then it has zero chance of evolving.
