JUNGLExMAN : I don't get much as stressed as I do fustrated..but I would suggest getting a tall glass of milk and go rest for a little or, like one of the people above me said fitness.. because when I exerzize I always feel alot better than I did before when I do that. Another thing that I do is pray not saying you have to its just something I have really gotten into in my walk with christ. My mom is stressed alot though, she usually sleeps alot when shes stressed or has had a bad day.

I found this .pdf with ten different tips, several of them already mentioned by others here.  Someone70 does have a good point.  Small breaks can help.  For me with my college assignments, it is best to study only up to a certain point before having a break.  While the amounts of time spent studying will vary for everyone, I personally would shoot for 45 minutes of studying then a 15 minute break.

In addition, I listen to a lot of music so it is important to play something with a positive message.
