How many thread dupe's have you accidentally made on vizzed? I have accidntally made like 4 or more now I really try hard not to make a dupe 
P.S. Please be honest P.S.S. I've noticed since more people have joined vizzed more dupe's are popping up  Plese yall before you make a thread look around for a dupe because i'm sure the mods are getting sick of it I know i'm getting sick of seeing them. Whithin the last month there has been 4 dupe's of my threads I made awhile back.

I have made 2 dupes so far. Usually, I'll ask legacyme3 about my idea before I go ahead and do it (to see if it's been taken or if he thinks it may have been done already). They were about the food that you ate today and the origin of your name (all taken).
I think the problem is that there's so much more activity on this site now and so more threads get made and many good ideas have been done. Though, it's easy to avoid a dupe, just check the forums first (if it's not on the first two pages or so then you should be good; still doesn't hurt to ask around though). As far as I remember, I have one dupe, and it was my "what is your Chinese zodiac sign" thread.
In accordance with the rules and common sense, I do a search of the forum for every topic I make, but I guess the search engine isn't at its best, because I never found the thread I had duplicated. No complaints, though - far be it from me to take attention away from someone else's thread. Back in the day I liked to count how many dupes of the "PS3 in the game room" topics came up every day.

I made a few dupes when I was still new to this site. It's not that I didn't read the rules, it's my experience on this site. I think the majority of the newbies make at least 1 dupe. |
