I eat Burger King from time to time as the whoppers are pretty good...and I eat McDonald's for breakfast. Most food these days can be considered fast food, even a lot of restaurant food. I don't see any problem with it so long as you eat it at the right time, for the right reasons and you choose the right things from the menu.

I will sometimes indulge in fast food, but not often. I find myself more prone to trying out a local cafe or something of the sort than resorting to fast food.
