Each week on Tuesday (probably between 8 AM - 12 PM central time) I'll make a new post to this thread with the available time slots to pick from (remember to pick 2). It's first come first serve and if you don't pick one, I'll automatically pick them for you. If any of the available times work for you then don't worry about picking them, let someone who has a less flexible schedule pick instead. Or if a bunch of time slots work for you, specify all the ones that work so that the users with the more busy schedules get the only time slots that work for them reserved.

Each week you'll have until Wednesday at around noon to pick your 2 time slots (around 24 hours to pick). Remember, you don't have to pick a time slot if you have a flexible schedule, I'll simply pick 2 time slots for you.

If you want to avoid having someone choose a time slot that you choose, pick multiple time slots that would fit your schedule since it's first come first serve. Also, if you want to avoid having someone intentionally pick times that you did pick or didn't pick (which happened last year), then wrap your picks around administrator tags so that only I can see your chosen times. To do that, just do this:
