this has never been a problem before so it's likely an issue with a recent update to the board or it's intentional temporary for the sake of some renovations taking place with the moderation team or maybe the board in general

the only other thing i think it could be is some kind of mistake with the limit of likes/dislikes someone can do in a day, perhaps it didn't get reset
